1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using InkPress ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InkPress provides a platform for creating and managing light novel websites. The Service allows users to:
- Create and customize light novel websites using pre-built templates
- Publish and manage content including novels, chapters, and pages
- Access analytics and site management tools
- Connect with readers through their published content
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and publish through the Service ("User Content"). By publishing User Content, you grant InkPress a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
4.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content
- Your User Content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party
- Your User Content complies with these Terms of Service and applicable laws
4.3 Prohibited Content
You may not post User Content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy
- Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
- Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code
- Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
- Contains unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties
- Post or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service
- Resell, duplicate, reproduce, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InkPress and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of InkPress.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by InkPress. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
InkPress does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL INKPRESS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InkPress and its licensors and licensees, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service
- Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
