What is your turn-around time?
Turn around time depends on many factors, including the type of promotional material and the feedback we receive from you. We try our best to meet our deadlines (and always do) however it is important that we create a design that trully reflects your brand and the message you want to convey.
We do offer rush service on certain promotional materials such as business cards and flyers, please call us for more information.
What resolution do you use for print material?
All print projects are created at 300dpi CMYK. with 0.25 inch margin. This is the acceptable standard used. If your print company needs the graphics using different resolution, we are always happy to comply.
What formats are my materials delivered in?
Graphics
We send all source files to you, including any vector files. We also include .JPG, PNG and PDFWeb Files:
We deliver all files needed for your project such as HTML, CSS and any javascript and PHP code.
Does the quote include printing?
The Everything Package includes Printing. If you request a custom quote printing is not included in the quote unless specified.
Who owns the copyright to the work?
Copyright to the finished assembled work of web pages and graphics are transfered over to you upon final payment for the project. This includes photos, graphics, text. We retain the ownership of the markup, CSS and other code and licenses it to the client for use on only this project.
